Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share data when you visit our website.

1. Information We Collect

  • Analytics Data: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.) collect anonymized website traffic and performance data. These tools are cookieless. No cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device. Anonymous visitor IDs are derived from a daily-rotating hash of IP address and User-Agent; the IP itself is never stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
  • Website Usage Data: We collect anonymized statistics about page views and content performance to improve our service. This usage data contains no personally identifiable information.
  • Newsletter Email: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to send you the newsletter and a confirmation message. We process this data based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the subscription form. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Account Data: Creating an account is optional. If you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name and profile image Google shares with us. We store authentication metadata such as your sign-in provider and the date your account was created. We process this data to operate your account, based on your consent and our agreement to provide the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
  • Saved Activity: When you are signed in, we store activity you choose to keep, such as bookmarks, likes, reading history you import, and topic suggestions you submit. This data is tied to your account and you can request its deletion at any time.

1.1 Advertising

This website displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to deliver, personalize, and measure ads. For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we obtain consent through a Google-certified consent message before any advertising cookies are set. You can read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not use Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Information

  • Analyze website usage to improve content and user experience.
  • Optimize website performance and functionality.
  • Send our newsletter to subscribers who have signed up, and confirm new subscriptions.

3. Cookies

  • Our analytics is cookieless: Vercel Analytics sets no cookies on your device. Google AdSense, however, may set advertising cookies (such as __gads and __gpi) to deliver and measure ads, subject to your consent where required. See our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Authentication cookies: If you sign in, we set strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to protect your session. These are essential for the account feature and are not used for analytics or advertising.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

  • Analytics Provider: Vercel Inc. processes anonymized usage and performance data per their privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.
  • Advertising Provider: Google AdSense (Google LLC) serves advertisements on this website and may process cookie and device data to deliver, personalize, and measure ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising policies.
